Pogorely S. Citizens' trust to public authority bodies as a socio-political phenomenon

Mechanisms of formation and development of trust of citizens to bodies of the public power. To develop theoretical model of partner interaction of bodies of the public power and the public on principles of a new paradigm of public management. To characterize a current state and to offer ways of perfection of modern sociopolitical technologies which are used at formation of political trust of citizens to the power. Research methods are: sociological, comparative, social modeling historical, the analysis and synthesis, an induction, deduction and abstraction, the system approach, the is functional-structural analysis, the comparative and statistical analysis, prognostic. The model of partner interaction of bodies of the public power and citizens on principles of a new paradigm of public management that differs a system combination of organizational, legal, communicative, resource and other mechanisms of the government and wide application backbone and operational approaches, refusal of use of negative social technologies is developed. Results are introduced in Lugansk country council, Lugansk regional state administration, Committee of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine concerning Regulations, deputy ethics and maintenance of activity of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine, Committee of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine concerning science and education, Lugansk national university of T. G. Shevchenka.
