Panchenko G. Mechanisms for Implementation of State Language Policy in Ukraine

Mechanisms of realisation of the state language policy at a national level. Develop model of the complex mechanism of realisation of the state language policy of Ukraine at nation-wide level and the recommendations to public authorities concerning its introduction. Investigate set of operating mechanisms of realisation of the state language policy at nation-wide level, define the factors influencing their effectiveness. Research methods are: system-analytical, the analysis and synthesis, the SWOT-analysis, the comparative analysis, functional-structural analysis, the content-analysis, modelling, logic generalisation. The model of the complex mechanism of realisation of the state language policy is developed, based on a system of interaction of the basic mechanisms of realisation of the state language policy (political, legal, economic, information, organizational, motivational) and the expediency of its use as positive alternative of the development of the state language policy in Ukraine in the future is proved. The interrelations between defining components of the complex mechanism of realisation of the state language policy is established on the basis of the use of methods of diachronic and synchronic analyses of realisation of the state language policy, and also the content-analysis of projects "the Law on Languages in Ukraine" of different years. Results are introduced in the Nahimovsky regional state city administration of Sevastopol, the Kherson regional centre of retraining and improvement of professional skills. Management on affairs of nationalities and religions of the Odessa regional state administration, the Odessa regional institute of the government of National academy of the government at the President of Ukraine.
