Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and practical resolving of such important scientific problem as development of algorithm of differential psychodi-agnostic and also general and specific principles of psychocorrection of patients with anxi-ety mental disorders on the basis of leading personal psychological and clinical signs of different nosological groups specified disorders. All-round multifactorial comparative analysis of results of complex and interdisci-plinary research concerning of estimation of psychodiagnostic, social, demographic, clinic, anamnestic, psychopathological and biochemical indicators as informative differentially diagnostic markers, which accompany anxiety mental disorders depending on its clinical phenomenology was carried out. Results of the researches, have confirmed the leading role of personal radical (in-ternal Self-representations, system of mentality) in forming, clinical presentations and dy-namics of anxiety mental disorders and have allowed to develop algorithm differentially psychodiagnostic of specified disorders. The general and differentiated principles of psychocorrection of anxiety mental dis-orders (with taking into account identification of occurrence mechanisms, pathological signs of the individually psychological deformations of person structure and clinical pres-entations) were scientifically proved, developed, implemented and their efficiency was estimated.
