Essay

This thesis developed appropriate models and methods elastic-plastic isotropic and transversally isotropic shells with through cracks and surface and established general regularities and peculiarities of their deformation and destruction. Based on the total moment equations of classical shell theory and Kirchhoff-Lyav refined theory of Timoshenko-type shells staged by the new problems of limiting equilibrium of elastic-plastic cylindrical and spherical shells, weakened systems of through and surface cracks; first received the system of boundary integral equations for a number of new tasks ( elastic-plastic isotropic and transversally isotropic cylindrical and spherical shell, weakened by one, two or four cross-cutting or surface cracks). A numerical analysis of the dependence of crack opening and sizes of plastic zones of loading, geometrical and mechanical parameters
