In dissertation work the results of researches are expounded on questions of influence of methods of seating and collection of tobacco on the productivity and quality of raw material.Influence of methods of seating on the height of plants of tobacco is set. Found out influence of method of seating on the amount of sheets on a plant, and also influence of these factors is rotined on the area of surface of the most high-quality technical sheets. A vegetation period changed depending on the probed factors, that it is confirmed an experimental way. Found out the change of the productivity of tobacco of the probed sorts depending on the method of seating and collection of tobacco. Advantage of method of seating of 70 cm x 38 cm is well-proven among other probed measures and combined method collections at which the productivity of sort was attained Berley 38 - 3,64 l/ha.
