Malimon V. Cultural policy of state as a factor of reformation of society

Public relations arising in the process of administrative activity in culture. Research and theoretical grounding system and the basic mechanisms of cultural policy and develop practical recommendations on areas for improvement in Ukraine. Research methods are: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, analogy, comparison, historical and discrete. Investigated the nature and content of culture as an object and scope of public administration, revealed its importance for the development of civil society, formulated goals, objectives and principles of state regulation of culture in Ukraine, defined objectives, tasks, principles, methods and mechanisms of state regulation of culture. Results implemented in practice of the public administration and in the educational process in higher education.
