Gayova O. Law as the Source of Modern Continental Law (General Theoretical and Comparative Legal Aspects)

The thesis is devoted to general theoretical and comparative legal analysis of laws in continental law, in particular, and in Ukraine. The paper is the classification of the laws of the continental law, are they similar and different features, set the main types of interaction laws, the laws and regulations, laws and international treaties, laws in place is the system of continental sources of law and trends. This delineated the concept of "law" and "legislative act" and clarifies the concept of "legal system", analyzes the main types of laws of Ukraine, found their place in the system of sources of law in Ukraine and relationships with other sources of law, established the major strain in the system of legislation of Ukraine end their causesand proposals for ats improvement.
