The thesis covers a number of theoretical and practical questions related to the prevention of crimes against property committed in the area of Crimea AR resorts. It defines basic features of crimes against property, author definition of these crimes and criminal-legal description. According to the official statistic data regarding crimes of penal disposition in Crimea and on that basis undertook research a criminological description was made on the subject of crimes against property and their determinants were systematized. Study was also conducted in criminological description of criminals that committed crimes against property in the area of Crimea AR resorts and victims of such crimes as a result a type specification was created.
