Essay

The thesis considers the problem of senior pupils' communicative competence in the educational process of GEI. Content and structure of the conception "communicative competence of senior pupils" are developed; advantages of educational means of organizational and activity game (OAG) that is rare on use in the schooling in the process of effective formation of under study competence is defined, the efficiency of OAG technologies in formation of communicative competence of senior pupils is theoretically and experimentally proved. The proposed model is based on educational interaction without complete solution and scenario and using complex interrelated interactive teaching methods and reflexive understanding of gained communication experience by game participants. Characteristics of OAG (interlocution, challenges, heuristicity) provide a student-player with strong motivation and match with age specific peculiarities of senior pupils and tasks of the competence education. The experimental study has proved efficiency of OAG means in the process of communicative competence formation of senior pupils, as well as advisability of that didactic game application in the educational process.
