Object - the processes of preparation, formation and making optimal decisions on management of human resources for regionally-production and socio-economic systems; goal - to improve the management of enterprises and regions through the development of the theory, information technology, mathematical models, algorithms, software for decision problems of management of human resources; methods - methods of control theory, set theory, probability theory and mathematical statistics, expert evaluation, formalization and transformation of information, mathematical programming, innovation results - first proposed method for assessing regional needs in human resources, taking into account not only resource-intensive industry economy, but also the types of industrial and economic activity, and obtained normalized matrix distribution of higher education in economic sectors and activities, also developed a model of planning human resources in the region, the use - agencies that deal with maintaining the balance of demand and supply in the labor market as well as universities in Ukraine to support the educational process and scientific research.
