Soroka R. Application of the mechanisms of Рublic administration in the formation of industrial policy in the Ukraine's еuropean integration process

In the thesis application of the mechanisms of public administration by the formation of domestic industrial policy in the context of euro-integration processes is studied. System analysis of the normatively legal basis for the realization of the executive's power mandate concerning public industrial complex was made. Contradictions, nonagreements, miscalculations in the transformational processes of real sector of the economy were detected. Stages, tendencies were determined and processes of the restructuring of industrial complex of Ukraine were described. View on the system of priorities, industrial development, innovation and technological policies of the state, dynamic of application of new organizational forms of business supporting (such as business-incubators, technological parks, free economic zones) were laid out. An analysis of the EU industrial policy was made and the motivational mechanisms of its application were pointed out.
