Object - Primary inguinal hernia with complicated and uncomplicated; purpose - improving outcomes (the “quality of life”) of surgical treatment of primary inguinal hernia by individualizing the choice of method of plastic walls of the inguinal canal, taking into account peculiarities of the constitutional body; methods - anthropometric, macroscopic, histological, ultrasound, clinical, definition of quality of life of patients and statistical analysis; the results - updated groin structure in normal and in patients with inguinal hernia according to gender and body type, the classification of the structure of the inguinal canal sites and refined elements of its walls; quantitatively determine the nature pathological changes in structures of the groin, depending on the type of hernia, first proved by one of the functions of the functioning of the walls of the inguinal canal, designed the indications and contraindications to the use of the method of plastic walls of the inguinal canal by the method of M.P.Desard patients with inguinal hernia, and studied the consequences of surgical treatment of primary inguinal hernia by this method, first studied the “quality of life” in patients treated by the method of M.P.Desard and compared with the method aloplastic I.L.Lichtenstein; branch – medicine.
