Theoretical, methodological and applied bases of construction of organizational mechanism of management efficiency of the use and development of labour potential of personnel of food enterprises are developed in dissertation work. Essence of concept is considered labour potential of personnel, the terms of realization of labour potential are generalized and developed structural-logical model of his development. It is grounded that the worker of enterprise not enough to examine only as an element of the production system, above all things is personality, with the certain level of capabilities, necessities and reasons to life and labour. Influence of organizational structure of control system by a personnel and enterprise is well-proven on probability of successful influence of administrative actions and decisions on the object of management.
