An object is processes of ecology economic perfection of management regional development of productive forces; an aim is determination of methodological principles and methodical going near perfection of management regional development of productive forces on the basis of introduction of principles, approaches and mechanisms of realization of strategic ecological estimation regional planning and prognostication; methods – generalization, grouping and comparative analysis; graphicly-logical design; approach of the systems, classification and priority; novelty – the methodological going is offered near the organizationally-administrative mechanism of introduction of strategic ecological estimation in relation to development and realization of the programs of socio-economic development of regions of Ukraine on the basis of international experience requirements and features of national institutional environment; results are organizationally-administrative principles to the increase of ecology economic efficiency of forming and realization of regional policy; it is inculcated in economic practice.
