Essay

An object is a process of transformation of the system of land-tenure in modern terms; an aim is development of theorist of methodological principles of spatial organization of the systems of land-tenure in a transformation period; methods - monographic, dialectical, abstractly-logical economy statistical, cartographic, mathematical design; novelty - to work out scientific principles of spatial organization of the system of land-tenure in a transformation period; results - spatial principles of ecology of economic differentiation of territory of area are worked out after the priority form of consolidation of earth with the aim of providing of integrity of landscapes as pre-conditions of achievement of the balanced regional land-tenure; inculcated in economic practice.
