Sakoyan D. Legal regulation of standardization in industry.

The thesis is devoted to the research of the system of legal regulation of standardization in the industry. The meaning, essence, goals and tasks of industrial standardization and their historical way in Ukraine and in the world have been revealed in the research. The principles which are the base for their functions have been determined. Organization and legal base of international and regional standardization has been analyzed and the main vector of Ukraine cooperation in the field of industrial products standardizing has been indicated. The institution of state and legal responsibilities as to the standard breaking has been continued to be researched.
