Essay

Object of research is the process of the production organization personnel management. The purpose of research is generalization the theoretical and methodical positions and development of practical recommendations on the development and use of social and psychological methods for the personnel management. Methods of research are analysis and synthesis; operationalization; historical approach; expert evaluation and mathematical statistics; system approach; structural- and logical analysis; graphical and tabular analysis. The methodical approach to the use of instruments social and psychological impact on the labor activity for the collective, that takes into account the emotional state of the group members and allows to define the reserves of cohesion strengthening; methodical provision on the assessment of the social and psychological influence on the activity of the personnel, that differs by original technology of monitoring and allows to perform periodic evaluation of cohesion, social and psychological climate in collective are got further development. Definition of the nature and content for the notion "social and psychological methods of management", that proposed to consider as a set of specific ways to activate the conduct of personnel through the formation of attitudes and positive emotions; technology of determination the reserves development factors on the formation of a favorable social and psychological climate, that provides for the systematic consideration and gives the possibility to take into account the peculiarities of the labor collective; methodological support for the development and implementation of the interactive methods complex of influence on the favorable social and psychological climate formation in the collective, that differs by account of the emotional state the team as a whole and the level of the syndrome of "burnout" for each worker development are improved.
