Voynalovych M. The improvement of the queen breeding of artificial queen bee under different methods of nurse colonies.

This thesis presented a theoretical and experimental data on the development and use of technologies of artificial queen breeding of Ukrainian females breed bees with various methods of forming nurse colonies. The new data about the positive impact on the quality of the nurse bee to increase the number of bees, nurse, and changing the ratio of unsealed and sealed brood in the hive bodies of nurse colonies during the growth of bee queens. The differences in the morphological structure of the placement of the ovarioles in the ovaries of queen bees obtained under different conditions of their breeding. The expediency of optimizing the conditions of supply of alimentation larva in the nurse colonies. Ways to increase the number of nurse bees, the respective proportions of their composition, reducing the number of competing larvas of bee brood and regulation of the grafted larvae in artificial queen cells. It is recommended when preparing the nurse colonies to the conclusion of ewes to produce high-bee queens, to the formation of their hive bodies, so that there will be around 75% of nurse bees, and the ratio of unsealed and sealed brood have to be 1:5.
