Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of elaboration of theoretical and experimental methods of light industry machines constructions improvements, such machines are consisted of tension joints. The purpose of the dissertation is the perfection of existing constructions of tension joins in light industry machines for guarantee its strength in keeping and minimization of deviation from cylindricity of the shaft in extra contact zone. There are complex crankshafts, implied in light industry, which are assembled with great values of tension. The main parameter is assembling is the strength, which is depended from construction and technological factors. They are the assembling method, the tension value, the fact contact square, the tension efficiency, etc. For advancing the strength of joints and enlarging the fact contact square the tension are used, in such cases the strength-plastic deformations are coursed in contact zone. The implement the deviations from the shaft cylindricity and not only in contact zone, but also in extra zones. This decrease the work ability and the resource of mechanisms work of light industry machines with tension joints. The method of assembling tension joints is offered here. This method guarantee the increase of fact contact square between joint details because of the investigation of space plastic body. On the basis of experimental research of the complex crankshafts of light industry machines the advantages of improvement of such constructions in according to already worked ones are confirmed. The obtaining of the new assembling method enables to make the details of the procedure of setting choice. The setting choices guarantee the transfer of the same axes forces and rotating movements in decrease tension value. They are recommended with GOST standard 25347-82.
