Nosenko N. Left ventricle myocardial function restoration evaluation in the patients with CAD and postinfarction cardiosclerosis after coronary arteries bypass graft with left ventricle aneurismectomy surgery

Dissertation is dedicated to LV aneurism and thrombosis diagnosis efficacy increase in the patients with LV postinfarction aneurism, LV myocardial function evaluation after CABG combined with LV aneurismectomy (CABG + AE) according to tissue Doppler EchoCG and influence of LV myocardial function alteration upon clinical course analysis. On the basis of complex examination of 195 patients after AMI after (148 patients after surgery) and without surgeon treatment informative value of different methods of LV aneurism and its clotting visualization was established, evaluation of LV myocardial function and its restoration was performed, influence of LV myocardial function upon prognosis was studied. Correlation between longitudinal myocardial contractility according to tissue Doppler peak S' and LV global contractility according to EF before surgery was studied. Prognostic markers, influencing end points (AMI, HF progression) in the patients after CABG+AE, were studied.
