Thesis is devoted to the scientific basis of the hygienic diagnosis of the health reserves of the children that were recognized by the pediatricians as the health ones on the ground of their somatic health and analysis of its causal -and-effective relationships with the health forming factors of different origin. Algorithm of the hygienic donosological diagnosis of the health of the schoolchildren available for a use at annual medical examination of the schoolchildren has been developed on the ground of the data obtained. Risk stages for a decrease of the level of the health of healthy teen- agers depending on the presence of the unfavourable behavioural and ecological-and-hygienic factors have been determined.
