In the study with the system positions the leading factors, indicators, and the relationship between the structure of physical development and physical training of students; some influence of the experimental program on the level of physical preparedness, coordination abilities, quality of management accuracy movements of different coordination structures. By methodological and organizational approaches in the provision of physical education, the developed model characteristics and normative scale have allowed to increase the coordination capabilities, physical fitness, health, reserve possibilities of the motor system of students of the special medical groups, to strengthen their physical health, objectify assessment of motor function and to determine the ways of its further development with the nosological deviations.
