The given dissertation covers an issue of language preparedness development of visually impaired children of senior preschool age to schooling. Language preparedness is considered as an important structural component of visually impaired preschool children to schooling, which requires purposeful development process. Experimental study on special features of language preparedness of visually impaired children to schooling has been conducted; components, criteria and indicators of language preparedness to schooling have been determined. The system aiming to improve language preparation of visually impaired children of senior preschool age to schooling has been elaborated.
