The dissertation is devoted to the grounds of the latest politeconomic approaches to definition of the essence of transnationalization of economic activity and its role in the system of the economic development factors. The processes of the economic development of the post-transformational countries through the transnationalization of the forms economic life are investigated. On the base of the model the conditions of the integration of national economies into international economy through the TNC networks are revealed and the results of such integration are revealed. The factors of the economic development in the conditions of globalization of international economy are systematized. Through these factors the impact of the transnationalization evinces mediately. At using the criterion of institutional identification the methodological approaches to contents' differentiation of the concepts "transnationalization" and "transnational corporation" are realized. The methodological bases of transnationalization understanding in its function of transformation of the conditions of society economic life are determined. The differences between international, multinational / transnational and global corporations are ascertained. Widening the diapason of TNC's participation in the internationalization processes is showed: at the same time with keeping of determinant role TNC's in the processes of internationalization of production and capital their role in the processes of information internationalization and political influence is growing. The dual contradictory essence of THC is investigated and the role of state as to application of barriers as a form state politics of optimization of national and foreign TNCs activity is determined.
