Essay

This dissertation is devoted improve assessment of condition cardiovascular system at coronary artery disease depending on a gender of patients, and compare efficiency of antianginal therapy in women. We have investigated 124 patients with Coronary artery disease: stable angina pectoris. There were 92 women and 32 men in comparison’s group and 33 healthy women. All patients has been carried out general clinical examination, ECG, Holter monitoring, echo exam with color and tissue Doppler, coronary angiography, quality of a life test by using questionnaire SF-36. Received dates have allowed criteria of diagnostics coronary artery disease: stable angina pectoris in patients depending on a gender. Introduce in practice a method of a complex estimation of a condition of cardiovascular system in women with coronary artery disease: stable angina pectoris, with the use tissue Doppler, introduce in practice different antianginal therapy in women with coronary artery disease.
