Kuznetsova V. Features of coping with emotionally difficult vital situation of women with complications of pregnancy

The thesis is devoted to the research of features of coping with emotionally difficult vital situation of complicated pregnancy. The features of perception of situation of the complicated pregnancy were described: subjective estimation of quality of life, type of attitude toward pregnancy, subjective perception of itself pregnant and future child. The mechanisms of adaptation to such situation are described (mechanisms of psychological defence and coping-strategies). The features of response to stress of women with the complicated pregnancy are exposed. The psychological factors of their (not)successful adaptation are determined. The recommendations for women with complicated pregnancies are proposed. Recommendations aimed at improving the adaptation of pregnant women.
