Sherback M. Technology of liquidation oil spreads for safety of water ecology system

Being based on the analysis of the methodology of ecological estimation in the developed countries of the world and experience in realization of procedures of estimation of emergency influence of objects of the raised ecological danger the environment, the scientific substantiation of consecutive stages of complex estimation of ecological consequences from accidents at ammunition depots has been executed. The current conditions of ammunition depots in the state, accidents at the depots, their consequences, both legislative and normative-legal acts have been analyzed. Natural researches of chemical pollution of the environment as a result of accident at the ammunition depot May 6-15, 2004 near Novobogdanіvka of Zaporozhye area have been carried out. The process of pollution of the soil with soot owing to the accident at this object has been simulated. Estimation of potential risks to vital activity of the population that has undergone the influence of the accident at the ammunition depots has been carried out. The approach to estimation of the ecological losses is improved. Categorizing of ammunition depots according to the levels of social risks and levels of ecological danger has been executed.
