Domuschi S. The Remedies of the Right of Ownership in case of breach, that are not linked to the possession, by Civil Legislation of Ukraine.

The dissertation researches definitions, specificity and means of the civil law protection of the right of ownership in the case of breach that's not linked to the possession, by Civil Legislation of Ukraine. It is given the author's vision of the basic remedies of the right of ownership from the breaches that are not linked to the possession with the primary dividing into the special and subsidiary means of defence of right of ownership from breach that are not linked to the possession. Propositions are brought in relation to improvement of corresponding norms of civil legislation and practice of its application by courts, the row of scientific conclusions are formulated in relation to the separate theoretical problems of Law of Property and Law of Obligation in the sphere of defence of right of ownership from breach that is not linked to the possession.
