Research object: the process of career development of personnel in industry; the purpose of the work: To study theoretical and methodological development and practical recommendations for management of career development personnel of industrial enterprises; research methods and instruments: monographical method of analysis, deductive, inductive method, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, a method of social survey, cluster, discriminant, taxonomic analysis, the method of multivariate correlation and regression analysis, the method of fuzzy logic, graphical method; theoretical and practical results: the methodical approach to identifying priority factors that affect incarceration enterprise , the difference is to take account of staff predisposition to a certain type of career (growth, decline, horizontal movement, career unchanged), which makes it possible to make management decisions regarding short-circuit of each employee; methodological basis for evaluation of KZP that, unlike from existing, with construction of integral index that summarizes the characteristics of age and gender characteristics, educational level of staff training and retraining, wage staff, reduced taxonomic method that allows you to set the benefits in improving the individual components KZP; definition of "career increase in personnel, "which, unlike existing ones, based on the selection and combination process, subjective, labor and successful approaches and understood as a process of successive changes in the working of the human condition as a result of the growth of its labor potential and realization of life goals to improve their way of life and success; KZP management system, which is its distinction based on cybernetic approach and consideration of the relationship between social performance management, which is expressed in KZP and economic efficiency, which is indicated to improve the effectiveness of enterprise short-circuit set of factors, which honors their differentiation is under additional criteria: area of occurrence, the scale of the social environment, reliability, and the possibility of measuring in order to make informed management decisions; subject and degree of introduction: developments are put in practical activity of OJSC "Turboatom", JSC "HMZ"Light miners'"; sphere of the use: management of career development stuff.
