Yartseva D. Clinical and immunological disturbances in children and teenagers with a severe clinical forms of pollen allergy and ways of its correction

The thesis is dedicated to early diagnostic strategies improvement, increasing of therapeautic and prophylaxis measurements effectiveness in children and teenagers with a severe clinical forms of pollen allergy on the ground of determination of developmental mechanisms and combined clinico-immunological peculiarities with used of anamnestic, clinical, immunological, allergological, instrumental, X-ray-fluorescent, farmacoeconomical methods of investigation. We are show that 4/5 of the clinical cases of pollinosis formed by bronchial asthma. Isolative current of pollen bronchial asthma occurs in 3,4% of children. We are show that in 75% of untreated (or in case of late start of the antiinflammatory therapy) patients developed asthma if home condition are rich in pollen (location of flat lowest than 6 floor). The micro- and macroelements compound of ambrosia and orach pollen grain were investigated. We are proove that clinical importance have only four plants in children of Zaporozhzhie region - ambrosia, artemisia, sumpfweed anf sunflower. Were determined the immunological changes in children and teenagers with pollinosis in dinamics of illness and depends of treatment plan. The peculiarities of Fas/FasL-system changes and sIL-13Ra2 expression were study. Immunological changes are characterized by year-round increased levels of general IgE, sFas, sFasL, sIL13Ra2. We are show the reasonability and nesessity of treatment with allergenspecific immunotherapy. The scientific ground of the ASIT-method in combination with proposed complex management plan for pollinosis treatment was present.
