The thesis is dedicated to the techniques of standard of law in criminal procedure aspect. The research defines the concept of criminal procedural law standards, it's characteristics, types and peculiarities of the structure. On the basis of study the history and development of national criminal procedural law the value of legal techniques in the criminal procedural rules and technology content of their formation is found out. The analysis of typical defects in the formation of criminal procedural standards and the consequences of non-compliance of techniques with these standards.
