Patho- and morphogenic grounding of selection criteria of direct and combined (combination of revascular osteoperforation with direct) methods application of lower extremity revascularization and summary of their practical application in patients suffering from chronic critical ischemia are considered in the thesis. 81.5 % of operated improved clinical state and quality of life after blood flow restoration by means of direct reconstructive revascular operations with large subcutaneous vein in the contralateral thigh being involved. 98,84 % of the limb was preserved, ratio of ankle-brachial index increased by 52.6 % compared to preoperative data, 6,68 % consisted postoperative complications. 61.7 % of patients improved their clinical state and quality of life after blood flow reconstruction by means of direct reconstructive revascular operations with descending knee artery being involved. 95.8 % of the limb was preserved, ratio of ankle-brachial index increased by 34.2 % compared to preoperative data, 37.5 % consisted postoperative complications.
