Matvieiev S. Legal mechanism of interaction of state power bodies in Ukraine

The thesis deals with historiographical aspects of such categories as "power", "state power", "mechanism of state power" and "legal mechanism of interaction of state power bodies". Such phenomena as correlation of state and political power, terminological definition of state power mechanism, its system bounds and functional aspect of its structure are worked out in the paper. The fundamental aspects of the state mechanism of Ukraine in the context of globalization, the main ways for improvement of the concept of separation of powers in the mechanism of interaction of state power bodies in Ukraine and further reforming of the mechanism of interaction of state power bodies in Ukraine are studied.
