Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to improvement of tactics of specific prophylaxis of diphtheria for children in age from 1 14 to have had hepatitis A. The basis of study were the state of artificial antidiphtherial level immunity and immunological indexes. It was investigation not full restore of level of active artificial antidiphtherial immunity in children have had hepatitis A. It was established the epidemic process of diphtheria in Kharkiv region during 1998-2008 years had dynamic to decrease of level of morbidity up 1,40 0/0000 to 0,130/0000. In 35,3% of children with diphtheria the specific immunoprophylactic was made according to calendar of vaccination, with disorder - (35,3%), do not had the vaccination - 29,4% the sick children. It was defined the weight of clinical course of diphtheria. In Kharkiv region in structure of morbidity of virus hepatitis during 1998-2008 years the hepatitis A was 72,2±0,5%.
