Nyukhina P. Cossacks Universals of XVII-XVIII Centuries: Historical and Legal Research.

This dissertation is an integrated research of the historic and legal nature of Cossacks Universals dated from XVII-XVIII centuries. The conclusion of the various previous scientific researches related to the theme has been made. A complex of historical sources of the issue has been analysed. The circle of authority subjects which issued Universals has been analysed. The attribution of Cossacks Universals after the circle of public relations regulated by the universals has been made. Privilege Universals have been marked out beyond a criterion of exceptionality. Technique of content statement and structural construction have been analysed. The attention has been paid to the following legal characteristics of the universals: legal force, action in space, time and beyond the circle of persons of these documents. Suggestions are developed in relation to the methods for subsequent scientific works of Cossack Universals texts.
