Polyakova L. Cliniko-pathogenic aspects of the polyneuropathy at the vibration disease and ways of its treatment

A role of complex coordinated actions infringement of homeostasis and adopted systems in the development of vegetative-sensory polyneuropathy (VSP) at VD was determined in the dissertation on the basis of complex research of 102 patients with vibration disease (VD) different degrees. The clinic-tool features and progressing course of VSP were detected. It was proved that the basic pathogenetic factors of formation of vegetative-sensory polyneuropathy caused by VD was in-tensification of free-radical oxidations, declination of antioxidant reserve, neu-romediator systems disbalance, disturbance of oxide nitric metabolism, develop-ment of endothelial dysfunction and the change for the worse of peripheral hemo-dynamic, which is developing in the organism under the influence on local vibra-tion. The diagnostic-prognosis signification of condition's indexes of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis and oxide nitric system for establishment of disease's se-rious were determined. Complex pathogenetic treatment of vegetative-sensory polyneuropathy caused by VD was developed and their efficiency was proved.
