Kot A. Court's acts in commercial procedure of Ukraine

Dissertation is an individual accomplished scientific work, which analyzes a legal structure of judicial acts in the economic process of Ukraine. It formulates the doctrinal definition of judicial acts in the economic process and classifies them, determines the legal character of judicial acts in the economic process and their place in the system of acts of public authorities; clarifies the definition and determines the content (elements) of the legal structure of judicial acts. Dissertation clarifies the features of legal structure of the first instance court's decision, resolutions of cassation and appeal courts, and resolutions of the Supreme court of Ukraine in economic cases. It also specifies the list of characteristics of the judicial acts' validity as well as its bounds after subject and object criteria. A number of suggestions for amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges" and to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, aimed at improving the legal structure of judicial acts in economic process as well as at ensuring the rendering of legal and reasonable acts by the authorities of economic jurisdiction are defined in the dissertation
