Klymenko S. Exercise of a right to residential property ownership by natural persons

The dissertation is devoted to complex study of natural person residential property ownership right exercise. Based on scientists theoretical achievements and current legislation analysis, the research of term "dwelling" as an ownership right object is being performed. "Dwelling" term legal evidences are determined, as well as different types are being characterized. There are means, frontiers, restrictions and encumbrance, adopted for exercise of possession, usage and disposal of dwelling that determine particular qualities of sense and its legal regime for the owner -natural person, being under research in the dissertation. Proposals regarding changes to Civil Code of Ukraine are developed; detailed recommendations for improvement of following Ukrainian Laws are formulated: "On Notariate", "On Ensuring the Realization of Residential and Housing Rights of Hostel Residents", aimed to increase efficiency of legal regulation and practical application of appropriate norms of current civil legislation
