Essay

The dissertation on competition of advanced academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy on a speciality 05.01.03 - Technical aesthetics. - Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Kyiv, Ukraine, 2011. The present thesis is devoted to developing an impressive graphic-analytical model (IGAM) in planning design objects. Tue IGAM's structure includes models of irradiational fields and informativity assessment, as well as statistical methods. The model of irradiational fields is created to identify the location of d?cor / elements of construction in design objects having different forms. The construction of irradiational fields is done taking into account psychophysics of perception and psychophysical optics. In the process of creating fields, not only the form but also the colour and brightness of the lines making up the form were taking into consideration. The model for assessing informativity is also developed taking into account the chromaticity of contour lines. The data obtained in the process of constructing irradiational fields and assessing informativity of objects are used to get impression units from different groups of consumers. The practical importance of the work lies in the possibility of using the obtained data in modelling and adaptive construction of design objects. Keywords: impressive approach, irradiational field, interzones, informativity, psychophysical optics, psychophysics, light-color environment.
