The object of study is the economic processes of organizational culture management in the industry. Subject of the research is theoretical approaches, methodological and practical principles of organizational culture in labour safety. The aim is to develop scientific and methodological approaches and to develop scientific and practical recommendations to improve the management of organizational culture in labour safety of the industry. We used general scientific methods of theoretical research, economic and statistical techniques and methods of analysis of empirical data. The novelty lies in the development of existing scientific and methodological approaches to management of organizational culture in labour safety of the industry. The practical value of the results based on the fact that the theoretical conclusions of the thesis to the level of specific recommendation and implementing concrete measures to stimulate the development of organizational culture in labour safety on industrial enterprises of Donetsk region.
