Shkurupij O. Diagnosis and treatment of acute purulent cholangitis

The dissertation containts the results of diagnosis and complex treatment of acute cholangitig and its complications. In the complex treatment of acute purulent cholangitis adopted a two-stage approach in which the first stage, the decompression biliary tract using one of the existing methods, the second phase (for indications) - perform radical operative intervention. Based on the results of a retrospective analysis, our own observations standardized indications for the use of different methods of choledochotomy and methods for completion of regional therapy in patients with acute purulent cholangitis. Thanks to immunization against the background of therapy achieved a positive transumbilical clinical and laboratory effects. The introduction of new tactical approaches to the treatment of patients with acute purulent cholangitis according to the severity of concomitant diseases, application of the developed methods remediation endobiliary transumbilical antibiotic therapy and immunotropic has greatly improved the results of their treatment.
