Hyrman L. Comparative evaluation of methods to prevent the adhesions in patients with infertility caused by external genital endometriosis after laparoscopic treatment.

The thesis for the degree of medical science is devoted to the actual, both in scientific and practical aspects, problem of reproductive disorders in women with endometrioid ovarian cysts, and prevention methods adhesive process after laparoscopic treatment of cysts. On the basis of the conducted experiments the author developed a new method to prevent recurrence of adhesive process in treating endometrioid ovarian cysts when accompanied with adhesive process and not accompanied with it in patients of reproductive age, that includes laparoscopic removal of endometriosis ovarian cyst, followed by argon beam coagulation of the ovary, the use of medication hidroperytoneumu Mucosa compositum and Buserin. There was conducted a comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed method of prevention of adhesive process with the results of prevention in accordance with the current order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and the use of Buserin, and ways to prevent recurrence of adhesive process that involves the use hidroperytoneumu of hydrocortisone and Buserin. The best results of treatment of patients of reproductive age with ovarian endometrioid cysts adhesive process and without it were achieved by the application method developed by the author relapse prevention adhesive process. 56,7 % of patients conceived, relapse of adhesion process developed in 43,3 % patients.
