Danylenko . Optimization of diagnostico-treatment process at acute disorders of mesenterical circulations

The dissertation is devoted working out diagnostico-treatment programs at patients with acute disorders of mesenterical circulations. The work is based on retro- and prospective analysis of results of diagnostic and treatment of 294 patients with acute disorders of mesenterical circulations(ADMC). The objectivitivisation of symptoms of acute mesenterical ischemia has allowed to optimise diagnostic process by working out and approbation of a method of express diagnostics of acute disorders of mesenterical circulation at early stages, it sensitivity at patients of the basic group has made 64,2 %. А objectivity of redoxmetry in definition of viability of a gut on model of acute disorders of mesenterical circulation is proved by experimental research, sensitivity and specificity have made 92,8 % and 93,3 % accordingly. Use of redoxmetry at patients of the basic group promoted the prevention of failure of interintestinal anastomosis.
