Тhis dissertation explains the effectiveness of health resort treatment of patients with II stage of hypertonic disease and dyscirculatory encephalopathy through use of glutargine inhalations and vacuum therapy. The dissertation proves that health resort treatment of patients with II stage of hypertonic disease contributes to improvement of neurological status of patients, daily blood pressure, functional status of hemodynamics and tonus of brain vessels, has positive effect on lipid metabolism, hemorheology system, and decreases sensitization to antigenes (brain tissues), stage of hypertonic disease and dyscirculatory encephalopathy, improves quality of life, and reduces further progression of disease.
