The thesis covers a new approaches are developed in treatment of patients with chronic myofascial cervicalgia, which are based fiziofarmakoterapiyu as on application of ultraphonophoresis lidocaine and sodium of bicarbonate through the contact environment of the Poltava bischofite "Electro-gel" and electromyostimulation of the staggered muscle. The initial clinico-functional state of patients is studied with chronic myofascial cervicalgia associated with somatic pathology from data of clinical biomechanics, kinestesiologics, instrumental (goniometry, electrodiagnosis, infra-red thermometery) indexes and complex rehabilitation scales.Varied approaches to medical appointments complexes have been elaborated, which increases the effectiveness of treatment and quality of life of patients.
