Essay

A dissertation is devoted to the research of psychological factors of adaptation/deadaptation women after the hysterectomy during the early postoperative period. The value of personality features of adaptation/deadaptation was determined. The disease definition phenomenology and value of cognitive processes in emotional phenomena after the hysterectomy were shown. Features of emotionality and protective strategies, which are base components of the integral adaptive system, were determined. The specificity of self-attitude, which is significant in the adaptation/deadaptation, was shown. The value of self-appraisal instability, which leads to the deadaptation and ego defense mechanisms, which are integrated into the self-appraisal and leads to the adaptation, were determined. Somatic and gender-role female identifications of traditional content leads to the deadaptation. Identification schemes of "housekeeper", confident and emancipated woman save the adaptation. The significance of marriage relationships in the adaptation/deadaptation, was shown. Principles of medico-psychological support women after the hysterectomy were proposed.
