Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of question to organizations and methodses of the undertaking lessons with the students-woman of 17-20 years, which not know how to sail. Within the framework of differentiated approach categorization on typological groups is realized on base hereditary conditioned co-ordination aptitudes. In given article is considered question to need of the use some factor, as criterion of the differentiation process of the initial studeducation to sail. In article is considered question of the choice of the methods with provision for factor co-ordination aptitudes to swimming motions by lower limbs, typical one of the sail style. Experimental is proved efficiency of the offered methods of the shaping the swimming skills and skill on occupation on physical education with student youth in high school.
