Koval'ova M. Civil protection of an inventive activity in Ukraine and in European Union.

In the dissertation, civil problems of definition of inventors' rights, their status and civil relations, features of methods and means of a right protection and invention protection, concept of the legal nature of the invention, essence of the invention, some problems of protection of the employee inventions rights etc. are investigated. The considerable attention is devoted to peculiarities and kinds of civil protection of inventor's rights in Ukraine and in the EU countries, to classification of patent systems of foreign countries, the basic distinctive and similar lines were analysed, it was proved that implementation of EU legal norms in the Ukrainian legislation is very important, and that all of others, experience of the states - neighbours of Ukraine, who have recently entered the European Union is the most appropriate for Ukraine.
