Kondrat'eva N. Legal regulation of an ownership in common

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the legal regulation of common partial ownership, the legal nature of the objects of common partial ownership, definition of competency content owners, the question of entry and termination of common partial ownership, the allocation of shares in kind, compensation in case of inability to select the share in kind. There is also a study of the peculiarities of the right mode of common partial ownership, which arises in the implementation of common investment activity under civil contracts, through participation in mutual funds, implementing the common agricultural activities and features of common ownership in apartment buildings within this research. Perspective directions of legal regulation of an ownership in common are defined.
