Dissertation is an independent complete scientific work, one of the first complex achievements that is dedicated to analysis of systematization transport legislation. Special attention is devoted to history of systematization transport legislation. Considerable part of the research is devoted to the general theoretical characteristics of the transport legislation system as a methodological foundation for the systematization transport legislation. The author defines theoretic-methodological states, which include determination of conception, content, forms, types and stages of systematization transport legislation in Ukraine.
